Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new customers in open markets
• Promote and sell company products to retailers and wholesalers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of S.S.C.E or its equivalent
• Proven experience in open market sales (FMCG experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
