Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and digital savvy Marketing & Online Presence Manager to lead our online visibility and brand growth. You will create engaging real estate content, manage our social media platforms, and drive consistent lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high quality video, photo and reel content for all social platforms
• Manage Instagram, tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin and youtube accounts.
• Grow brand presence, engagement and followers
• Manage the company's google my business profile and online reputation
• Design marketing materials (flyers, listing posts, and carousels)
• Analyze insights and optimize content strategy

Requirements

• Skilled in capcut, canva, meta business suite and modern content tools
• Experience creating engaging video contents
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Creative, organized, proactive and data-driven.
• Portfolio or links to previous work required
