    Office Assistant

    • If you excel at keeping office operations running smoothly, managing documentation, coordinating logistics, and providing reliable administrative support, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support daily administrative operations and office workflows
    • Manage reception duties, calls, and visitors
    • Handle filing, documentation, scanning/printing
    • Manage office supplies and provisions
    • Run official errands and support meeting logistics
    • Assist with travel bookings and basic finance/admin tasks

    Requirements:

    • HND or equivalent in a relevant field
    • 1–3 years experience in office administration
    • Good communication & organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail and reliability
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
