    Financial Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting & Compliance

    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliations.

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor variances between actual results and budgeted performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue growth.

    Tax & Regulatory Management

    • Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
    • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

    Internal Controls & Risk Management

    • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
    • Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Support audit processes by providing documentation and explanations.

    Team Support & Collaboration

    • Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
    • Train and mentor junior staff where required.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory compliance.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

    Librarian

    Job Purpose

    The School Librarian is responsible for managing the school library as a dynamic learning resource center, supporting teaching and learning by providing access to relevant books, digital resources, and information services. The role involves promoting reading culture, research skills, and information literacy among students and staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    Library Management

    • Organise, catalogue, and maintain library resources (books, journals, e-resources).
    • Manage the circulation of library materials (borrowing, returns, overdue).
    • Maintain an inviting and conducive library environment.

    Teaching & Learning Support

    • Support teachers by recommending resources that align with the curriculum.
    • Guide students in developing research, reference, and information literacy skills.
    • Conduct library orientations and workshops for students and staff.

    Reading & Literacy Promotion

    • Organise reading programs, book clubs, and literacy-related events.
    • Promote a reading culture by showcasing new and relevant books.
    • Encourage independent reading and a lifelong love of learning.

    Technology & Digital Resources

    • Manage digital and online library resources.
    • Support students in using technology for research and learning.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in educational technology and library sciences.

    Administration & Reporting

    • Prepare and manage the library budget.
    • Maintain library usage records and prepare periodic reports.
    • Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding standards.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, Education, or related field.
    • Experience working in a school library or similar educational setting is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of library systems and digital resources.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for reading and literacy development in young learners.

    School Counsellor

    Key Responsibilities

    Student Support

    • Provide individual and group counselling to students on personal, academic, and social issues.
    • Support students in developing coping strategies, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
    • Identify and support students with emotional, behavioural, or learning challenges.

    Academic & Career Guidance

    • Assist students in setting academic goals and developing study skills.
    • Provide guidance on subject choices, career options, and higher education opportunities.
    • Organise workshops on career awareness, life skills, and personal development.

    Collaboration with Staff and Parents

    • Work with teachers to identify students needing extra support.
    • Engage parents to discuss students’ progress, behaviour, and well-being.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Professional certification in counselling is an advantage.
    • Proven experience working with children and adolescents.
    • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
