Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Montessori Teacher to join our school. The successful candidate will apply Montessori principles to guide children’s learning, encourage independence, and nurture social, emotional, and academic development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Montessori lessons and activities.
• Maintain an organized and engaging classroom environment.
• Observe and assess pupils’ progress, providing individual support.
• Encourage independence, responsibility, and self-discipline.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in training.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Montessori Education (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ Montessori teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to use Montessori materials and digital learning tools.
