Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Representative to identify and refer patients with physical rehabilitation needs, such as stroke, head injury, and spinal cord injury, for intermediate inpatient admission to our facility.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong network of healthcare professionals and facilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities to identify potential patients with physical rehabilitation needs.
• Source and refer patients with conditions such as stroke, head injury, and spinal cord injury for intermediate inpatient admission to our facility.
• Provide education and information about our facility's services and programs to healthcare professionals and patients' families.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for referred patients.
• Meet or exceed referral targets and contribute to the growth of our physical rehabilitation program.

Requirements

• Strong network of healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Knowledge of physical rehabilitation services and programs.
• Relevant experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
