    Medical Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and all organizations needing our products.
    • This role requires proactive sales efforts to expand market reach, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Market Development: Identify and engage new customers, expand product usage in current accounts, and analyze competitors’ strategies.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of product lines and services to communicate product benefits and usage to clients effectively.
    • Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback on products, monitor market trends, and prepare sales reports to meet performance goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines in all activities.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medical Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for sales may also apply)
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

    • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasive abilities to effectively close sales and meet targets.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear product presentations and relationship-building.

    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and strategize to optimize sales performance.
    • Time Management and Organization: Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
    • Self-motivation and Resilience: Demonstrate a high drive and persistence to overcome challenges and excel in a competitive market.
