Our client, a leading all-in-one fraud and compliance platform for financial institutions and fintech, is looking to hire a highly organized, energetic, and operationally strong Field Operations Manager to oversee the organisation’s field outreach team in Lagos.
This is a hybrid role combining field team supervision, operational coordination, reporting, quality assurance, performance management, and business outreach support.

Responsibilities
Field Team Supervision
- Supervise and support assigned field outreach executives
- Monitor daily movement, activity, and productivity of field teams
- Ensure outreach activities are conducted professionally and according to approved processes
- Provide real-time coaching and support to field representatives
Training & Coaching
- Help onboard and train new field representatives
- Conduct regular coaching sessions on communication, professionalism, lead qualification, outreach techniques, and compliance awareness messaging
- Support continuous improvement of field performance and execution quality
- Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training where necessary
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate daily territory assignments and outreach schedules
- Ensure proper coverage of assigned Lagos business districts
- Help manage field logistics, attendance, reporting, and workflow coordination
- Track operational bottlenecks and escalate issues quickly
Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs including businesses visited, conversations completed, attendance rates, qualified opportunities, and follow-up conversion
- Hold team members accountable to activity and quality standards
- Help identify underperformance early and implement corrective action
Reporting & Data Management
- Consolidate and submit daily and weekly operational reports
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline status, field performance, and operational insights
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up
Quality Assurance
- Conduct periodic field shadowing and spot checks
- Ensure leads generated meet quality standards
- Improve scripts, messaging, and outreach approaches based on field feedback
- Monitor professionalism and brand representation
Market & Operational Feedback
- Gather intelligence from the field regarding: business pain points, compliance awareness, operational challenges, and customer objections
- Provide structured feedback to management to improve strategy and execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in any discipline.
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following; Field Sales Supervision, Field Marketing Operations. Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, Activation Campaigns, Customer Engagement, Telesales Management or Operational Co-ordination.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience preferrable in any of the above.
- Experience managing distributed teams is a strong advantage.

- Collaborate closely with the CX Lead to ensure marketing promises match the actual customer experience on the ground.
Content & Digital Leadership
- Manage and mentor the creative unit of the brand: Content Creators, Art Consultants, and Community Manager.
- Oversee the production of world-class digital content that prioritizes commercial conversion and brand trust over \"vanity metrics.\"
- Set the standard for visual aesthetics and brand voice, ensuring all output is high-velocity and high-quality.
Commercial Accountability & Vendor Management
- Budget Mastery: Take 100% ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring zero cost overruns and maximum efficiency.
- Vendor Firmness: Manage relationships with external agencies and printers, holding them to strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
