Role Description

• We are seeking a Marketing Strategist for a full-time hybrid position, based in Lagos with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting comprehensive market and industry research, and tracking market trends. Key tasks also include fostering effective communication channels, devising campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to align marketing initiatives with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Research and general research competencies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving ability and strategic thinking to align marketing initiatives with brand goals.
• Prior experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising is a plus.
• Ability to balance in-office and remote work while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
