Scope of Work
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets in the equipment leasing market.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans that align with sales and business development goals.
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, follow-up, and engagement strategies.
Conduct basic market research to identify and analyze potential clients and market trends.
Promote and present the company's equipment leasing solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across all client touchpoints.
Track and evaluate marketing activities to enhance efficiency and impact.
Monitor competitor offerings and basic industry developments to provide insights.
Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build visibility.
Keep accurate records of marketing activities, prospects, and client interactions using the CRM system.
Provide input and feedback to support the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the service or B2B sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.
Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
