    Marketing Manager / Coordinator

    Summary

    • The Marketing Manager/Coordinator will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, student recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and institutional partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Marketing & Brand Development:

    • Develop and execute annual marketing and recruitment strategies aligned with institutional goals.
    • Strengthen and protect the University’s brand identity across all platforms.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.

    Digital Marketing & Communications:

    • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
    • Oversee website content updates and digital storytelling initiatives.
    • Track campaign performance and produce analytics reports with actionable insights.

    Recruitment & Outreach:

    • Coordinate student recruitment campaigns, fairs, and outreach events.
    • Develop promotional materials for undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes.
    • Collaborate with the Admissions Office to drive enrollment growth.

    Media & Public Relations:

    • Manage media relations and institutional publicity.
    • Draft press releases, newsletters, and institutional communications.
    • Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional shoots.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressive marketing experience (higher education experience preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    • Excellent writing, branding, and content creation skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
