    Marketing & Sales Executive

    Location: Okota, Lagos

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support the company's sales growth and offline marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, driving sales, and executing marketing activities that increase brand awareness and revenue. The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable engaging prospects, following up on opportunities, and representing the company professionally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Generate and qualify leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
    • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities to drive conversions.
    • Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, activations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
    • Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
    • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • Proximity to Okota is an added advantage

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
    • Experience executing field marketing or promotional activities.
    • Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
    • Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Sales revenue generated
    • Number of qualified leads generated
    • Conversion rate
    • Customer acquisition rate
    • Client retention and relationship management
    • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Execution of marketing activities and campaigns
