Marketing Assistant (Fertilizer Industry) at Karisa Consults Limited

Description 

• Retailers visit and ensure the placement of all the company products in the sales outlets.​
• Organize Market Days Campaign and ProductDisplay​
• Assist in the organizing of projects & promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success​
• Communicate directly with agro-retailers and agro-dealers and encourage trusting relationships.​
• Support marketing executives in achieving Weekly / Monthly / Yearly sales targets of all products.​

Job Requirements

• Good Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, Agricultural Extension, Business Administration and related fields
• 1-3 years experience in marketing especially in a fertilizer industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel/ MS Word/ Powerpoint).
• Good Knowledge of the Local Language
