    Marketing and Social Media Associate

    Role Overview 

    • The Marketing and Social Media Officer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote the organization’s brand, products, and services. This role involves driving engagement across social media platforms, supporting business development initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. The officer will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance visibility and customer acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing and social media campaigns aligned with business development goals.
    • Create engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring brand voice and identity are consistently represented.
    • Support the business development team with marketing collateral, presentations, and client engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
    • Assist in planning and executing online/offline promotional events, product launches, and awareness campaigns.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Business Development) to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Prepare periodic marketing reports highlighting campaign effectiveness and ROI.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
    • Experience working within a business development, corporate, or technology-driven environment is an advantage.
    • Demonstrated experience in running successful social media campaigns and content creation.
    • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools. Skills & Competencies
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and paid advertising.
    • Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design basics, video editing).
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging campaigns.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
