Logistic Officer at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Job Description:

• Our client, an on-demand alcohol delivery service, that caters to the lovers of fine wines and spirits, is looking to hire a Logistic Officer to process orders and fulfilment, manage the product platforms and manage the operations of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate and oversee online sales operations for the bar business.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with logistics partners to optimise delivery processes and minimise shipping costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum degree of OND
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
