Legal Officer/ Recovery Officer at MKH Properties Limited

• The Legal/ Recovery Officer will be instrumental in safeguarding the legal interests of the company while ensuring the effective recovery of outstanding payments. The role is crucial for minimizing risks and upholding the company's reputation within the industry. Legal/Recovery officer will leverage their legal expertise to resolve disputes, enforce compliance with all policies, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft necessary legal and land documents, and review contracts for accuracy, ensuring all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Implement strategies for the efficient recovery of debts and outstanding payments from clients, utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies as required to address legal matters effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), and BL qualification.
• 2-4 years experience in legal practice and debt recovery
