Legal Intern

Responsibilities
- Document Review & Compliance – Examine onboarding documents for legal compliance
- Debt Recovery Management – Support in managing and enforcing legal claims
- Legal Drafting & Review – Assist in drafting agreements, letters, and contracts
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure filings and compliance with legal & regulatory bodies
- Legal Advisory & Support – Provide research and administrative support to the legal team
- Contract Custody & Filing – Maintain proper documentation of legal instruments
Qualifications
- LL.B (Law Degree) – From a recognized university (B.L is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Contract Law, Company Law, and Legal Drafting
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office & legal documentation tools
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
