Legal/Human Resource Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and timely legal counsel and responsibility for a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters as well as undertake the corporate administrative function
- Oversee recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
- Act as company secretary- preparing letters to our clients, occupants and stakeholders as the case may be, taking minutes and developing reports for meetings
- Managing the Company legal matters as well as guiding and protecting the company against legal related issues
- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
