This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager (Enterprise Solutions), based in Lekki with some flexibility to work from home. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. Daily tasks include developing and executing account plans, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Must Minimum of 4 - 7 exeperience in Enterprise account Management and experience in managing Key Accounts
Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic initiatives
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client success
Well-developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in enterprise solutions sales or technology-driven industries is an advantage
