Investor Relations & Business Development Officer (Help Desk and Growth Lead - FTZ)
The Investor Relations & Business Development Officer serves as the first point of contact for investors and Free Zone Enterprises (FZEs). The role ensures service continuity, supports investor onboarding, and drives Zone expansion and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Acting as first point of contact for investors and FZEs
Managing application intake and onboarding
Maintaining service request and escalation log
Coordinating documentation between investors and the Zone
Supporting investor retention and satisfaction
Identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities
Supporting promotional and business development initiatives
This role ensures service continuity and Zone expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in investor relations, business development, client service, or corporate services administration
Free Trade Zone experience preferred
Experience managing client onboarding and documentation processes
Strong understanding of investor engagement and service delivery standards
Demonstrated ability to support business development and growth initiatives
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage service logs, documentation coordination, and escalation tracking
