    Head of Sales

    We are a fast-growing technology startup that develops software solutions designed to power and transform businesses. Our products serve multiple sectors including hospitality, education, agriculture, and enterprise operations.

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand the adoption of our software products across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing enterprise deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of our software products.
    • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients across sectors such as hotels, supermarkets, schools, agricultural businesses, and other enterprises.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
    • Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential customers and stakeholders.
    • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
    • Manage and grow the company’s sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
    • Work closely with product and technical teams to align customer needs with product development.
    • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, preferably in technology, software, or SaaS sales.
    • Proven track record of successfully selling business software or IT solutions.
    • Experience selling solutions such as hotel management systems, school management software, ERP systems, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to identify opportunities and close deals with corporate clients.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
