Visa & Admission Officer (Experienced Travel Counselor) at Light Heights Global Services Limited

We are looking for a highly experienced Visa and Admission Officer / Travel Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of international visa processes and school admissions, particularly for the USA, UK, and Canada, with a proven record of successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through study abroad and visa application processes for the USA, UK, and Canada.
• Assist students with school selection, admission applications, and documentation.
• Prepare and review visa application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide professional counseling to clients on visa requirements and interview preparation.
• Track application progress and follow up with embassies, schools, and relevant institutions.
• Maintain records of applications and ensure high success rates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Counselor, Visa Officer, or Admission Officer.
• Strong knowledge of US, UK, and Canada visa and admission procedures.
• Demonstrated track record of successful visa approvals.
• Excellent communication and client counseling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
• Minimum qualification: HND/BSc in a relevant field (preferred)
