Job Summary
- Responsible for managing online booking platforms and maximizing room sales through OTA channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
- Update room rates, availability, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor booking performance and occupancy trends.
- Handle guest reviews and maintain online reputation.
- Coordinate with front office and reservation teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Optimize listings, descriptions, and online visibility.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Requirements
- Previous OTA or hotel reservation experience preferred.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Familiar with Booking.com, Expedia, and similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and reports.
