    Insurance Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client requires the service of a Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
    • The goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

    • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to generate new business and retain existing customers
    • Present insurance products and services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition
    • Stay up-to-date with various insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and other types of insurance
    • Understand policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to effectively communicate with clients
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Conduct needs assessments to determine clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy information
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, as well as other documentation, as required
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, such as partnerships or niche markets.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience in the insurance industry, preferably 5 - 10 years.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and sales targets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
