Job Summary

• We’re hiring an HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience to support our HR operations in an engineering company.
• The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle.
• Recruitment and selection, 
• Onboarding and employee relations, 
• Salaries preparation, pension, and tax remittance. 
• Employee engagements and performance management.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience in FMCG firm is an added advantage
