    Human Resources Manager

    About the Job

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery to all employees.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or French is a significant advantage for this role, as it will facilitate communication within our diverse team and with international stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities
    Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and relevant Nigerian labor laws.
    • Process employee data changes, such as contact information, promotions, and transfers.

    HR Systems Management (HRIS):

    • Manage the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
    • Ensure data accuracy, generate HR analytics, and create reports to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize HRIS functionality.

    Communication:

    • Facilitate effective communication between local staff and Chinese or French-speaking management/expatriates to ensure smooth process implementation and understanding.
    • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their HR needs and integrate HR processes seamlessly into broader business operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree are highly desirable.
    • Strong experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) – implementation, optimization, and data management.
    • Excellent project management and change management skills.
    • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or French is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage for seamless communication with international stakeholders and internal teams.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented approach.
