• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions across our real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering divisions.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational culture, talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, and workforce efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance evaluations and staff productivity KPIs.
• Organize training, workshops, and staff development programs.
• Maintain HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Support workforce planning, culture building, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• 3 - 7 years experience in HR management (experience in construction, real estate, or engineering firms is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to lead HR operations independently and confidentially.
