    Facility Manager (Event & Experience Center)

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, functionality, safety, and operational readiness of the Event & Experience Center.
    • This role ensures that all facilities, utilities, equipment, and support services operate efficiently to deliver seamless events and exceptional guest experiences.
    • The Facility Manager works closely with operations, events, security, vendors, and technical teams to maintain high standards across the center.

    Key Responsibilities
    Facility Operations & Maintenance:

    • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including halls, outdoor spaces, restrooms, offices, parking areas, and common areas
    • Ensure all equipment, furniture, fittings, lighting, HVAC, power supply, water systems, and installations are fully functional
    • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
    • Supervise repairs, renovations, and upgrades of facilities

    Event Readiness & Support:

    • Ensure venues are fully prepared before events and restored after events
    • Coordinate venue setup and breakdown requirements with event and operations teams
    • Monitor facilities during events to promptly address technical or maintenance issues
    • Support special installations for exhibitions, activations, concerts, and experiences

    Vendor & Contractor Management:

    • Manage relationships with facility vendors, technicians, cleaners, landscapers, and maintenance contractors
    • Source, supervise, and evaluate service providers for quality and cost efficiency
    • Ensure all vendor activities comply with safety and operational standards

    Health, Safety & Compliance:

    • Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations across the facility
    • Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
    • Maintain emergency response plans and safety documentation

    Asset & Inventory Management:

    • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of facility assets, tools, and equipment
    • Track asset usage, condition, and replacement schedules
    • Prevent loss, misuse, or damage of facility property

    Budget & Cost Control:

    • Prepare and manage facility maintenance budgets
    • Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs
    • Provide regular reports on maintenance costs, issues, and improvements

    Team Supervision:

    • Supervise facility staff including cleaners, technicians, and grounds personnel
    • Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standards
    • Train staff on equipment use, safety procedures, and service excellence

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
    • 3–5 years experience managing facilities, preferably in event centers, hotels, malls, or large public venues
    • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and safety regulations

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
    • Vendor management and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, especially during live events
    • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
    • Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety systems)

    Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacologist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
    • The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations by maintaining inventory, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical procedures and policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients accurately.
    • Receive and verify prescription orders.
    • Label and package medications for patients.
    • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies and medications.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or certification as a Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
    • Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council or relevant regulatory body.
    • Prior experience working in a retail or hospital pharmacy (an advantage).
    • Good understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and dosage forms.
    • Proficient in using pharmacy software and systems.
