Recruitment

• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes on behalf of our client. This includes; sourcing CVs, screening, interviewing, conducting tests/assessments e.t.c
• Sending frequent reports to clients with updates on the status of their recruitment process
• Communicating the shortlisted candidates with the client
• Working with clients to draft and share offers with selected candidates
• Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure that there is a database of potential
• candidates for subsequent engagements
• Negotiating work terms on behalf of the clients 

Client Management

• You will be assigned your own clients to manage their employees. Managing their employees will involve;
• Managing leave policy and calendars for their employees
• Working with internal accounts to ensure payroll accuracy
• Managing employee onboarding and documentation
• Planing creative initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
• Recruitment of new and replacement roles
• Planning milestone and key celebrations for employees
• Creating and implementing performance management systems
