About the job
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling recruitment for the Oil and gas sector
- Knowledge of HR policies and international best HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented professional
- Good computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft office tools, Adobe PDF, Video Conferencing tools, Google tools
- Membership with relevant professional bodies i.e. CIPM
- Possession of relevant certifications such as SPHRi and additional degrees would be a huge plus
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or arts
