    Human Resource Officer

    Role Overview

    We are a Real Estate companyin Asaba.

    The HR Officer at Chrysla will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is critical to fostering a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with Chrysla’s business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment & Onboarding : Develop job descriptions and post vacancies Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding
    • Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
    • Performance Management : Implement appraisal systems and support managers in performance reviews. Track KPIs and recommend development plans
    • Training & Development : Identify training needs and organize workshops or courses Support career development initiatives
    • Policy & Compliance : Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations
    • Payroll & Benefits : Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee benefitsHandle leave management and attendance tracking.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or startup environment). Experience in a Real Estate Organization is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Passion for people development and organizational growth.
    • Ability to be firm in management and still be manage the Gen Z staff accordingly.
