We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HR Executive who will provide support in various human resource functions, which may include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Support in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
1 - 3 years experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Ability to take initiatives and make effective decisions.
