The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the firm’s asset management operations. This role involves driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investment strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders. The MD will represent the firm as an SEC-sponsored individual and lead the development of innovative financial products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree (preferred).
Must be a SEC-sponsored individual, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in asset management, investment banking, or related financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
