Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Monitor industry developments, customer needs, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities.
Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Utilize a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and digital marketing tactics to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to expand the company's reach and influence within the marketplace.
Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships amongst others
Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented
Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business
Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis
Follow internal regulations and procedures
Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
Provide progress feedback to the management.
Qualifications
Candidate with logistics sales experience is preferable
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role
A University Degree in related fields
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals (own portfolio will be considered an advantage)
Excellent communication and networking skills
Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.

Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Support in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
1 - 3 years experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Ability to take initiatives and make effective decisions.
