Dispatch Rider (Electric Bike Delivery Rider) at Bams Mobility Limited

Bams Mobility is looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Rider to operate an electric bike for delivery services on platforms such as Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food, and similar platforms.

The rider will be responsible for completing deliveries efficiently while maintaining professionalism and proper care of the assigned electric bike. The position operates under a hire-purchase arrangement, where the rider makes agreed periodic payments while using the bike for delivery work.

This role is ideal for riders who already have experience in delivery services and want the opportunity to work with a reliable vehicle to increase their earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric bike safely and responsibly for delivery services.
• Accept and complete delivery requests through platforms such as Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food, or similar delivery platforms.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
• Maintain good customer service and professionalism with clients.
• Take proper care of the assigned electric bike and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience riding a motorcycle or dispatch bike.
• Experience riding an electric motorcycle is an added advantage
• Experience working as a dispatch rider or delivery rider is an added advantage.
• Ability to use delivery apps such as Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food, etc.
• Must possess a valid rider’s permit (driver’s license for motorcycles).
• Good knowledge of road networks within the city.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must be willing to sign and comply with the hire-purchase agreement.
• Must be willing to provide two guarantors.
• Must be willing to register and work on delivery platforms.

Additional Requirements

• Must own a smartphone capable of running delivery apps.
• Must be able to communicate in basic English.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be willing to follow operational guidelines from Bams Mobility.
