Job Summary:

The Head of Media Communications & Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated media, communications, branding, and digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility, generate qualified real estate leads, strengthen brand reputation, and drive property sales.

The role oversees digital platforms, media relations, public communications, content strategy, and marketing performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive media, communications, and digital marketing strategies aligned with company sales targets.
• Lead brand positioning and corporate messaging across all channels.
• Create annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Oversee paid and organic digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing).
• Develop content calendars aligned with property launches and campaigns.
• Supervise creation of high-quality visual and video content (property tours, testimonials, market insights).
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
• Draft and approve press releases, media statements, and executive communications.
• Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads
• Oversee production of brochures, company profiles, presentations, and sales materials
• Monitor digital metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, lead conversion rate, engagement rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing) is an advantage.
• 8–12 years experience in Marketing/Media/Communications.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
• Digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• SEO/SEM expertise.
• CRM and marketing automation systems

Key Requirements:

We desire only civil engineers from top construction companies in Lagos.

We need an experienced Civil Engineer for our partner; a Real Estate and Civil engineering construction company.

Our Ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the project manager and other professionals in ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed standards and specifications, often through testing and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the end to end of a project lifecycle.
• Allocating appropriate resources and ensuring their availability throughout the project
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project technical documentation and reports
• Ensuring that every aspect of the project meets required standards and specifications
• Making calculations about loads and stresses
• Hire and train all labourers and firemen

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience working as a Project Engineer especially on high volume residential buildings and commercial projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Proficiency in the use of most of the following software such as; AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Basic, Project Professional, Microsoft Project and other relevant software.
• Experience in database design and development
• Project management experience is desirable

• The Project Architect plays a key leadership role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of real estate development projects.
• This position involves overseeing architectural design from feasibility to completion, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, financial, and regulatory goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop design concepts, master plans, and schematic designs aligned with project goals and market requirements.
• Review and approve detailed drawings, design documentation, and material specifications.
• Review and integrate input from stakeholders, investors, and clients.
• Liaise with local authorities to secure planning and building approvals.
• Ensure adherence to national and local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies in projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role within the real estate or property development sector.
• Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
