The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective HR strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, training, and development programs
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improvement
Foster a positive work environment and company culture
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
