Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage our human resources functions in Bauchi State.
• The successful candidate will implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management
• Professional certification in human resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
