Africa of Our Dream Initiative (AODI) was founded by David Chukwuma Izuogu as an expansion of his charity academy, Chucks Academy at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The Academy which was founded in September 2008 focused on helping undergraduate science students at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka on chemistry-related courses by organising well-attended tutorial classes especially for the first-year students.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a record of effectively managing HR functions and leading change initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements in Nigeria
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
