The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, and building effective people systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
Drive performance management and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR policies.
Foster a positive work culture, handle employee relations, and support change management.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
