Experience in general HR Management, particularly recruitment and selection, grievance and disciplinary, personnel administration, payroll management, change management, learning and development, and general organizational development.
Experience in HR practice and employment legislation, labor law within Nigeria.
Knowledge of the NEPZ ACT in managing and supervising FTZs in Nigeria
Experience in methodologies for conducting needs analysis training program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation with cognate training experience
Proven analytic and conceptual thinking, project management and organisational skills with experience using formal project management technique and leading the implementation of operational improvements.
Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resource Management or it's equivalent
Masters Degree will be an added advantage
Experience in using a computerized human resource management information software and good computer skills (word, excel, etc)
5 years human resource experience in a manufacturing company
Minimum of 3 years management experience in Leadership skills.
