    Digital Marketer/Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Decide on the appropriate placement of ads
    • Determine what content will reach customers
    • Publish digital marketing content online
    • Implement email marketing campaigns
    • Measure digital traffic
    • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
    • Candidate must be able to design flyers, ads using canva

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Computer Science and it's equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
    • Attention to details and high level of accuracy
    • Candidate must have IT skills, canva and corel draw
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • For gender balance, preferably female

    HR Executive (Manufacturing Firm)

    Responsibilities

    • Experience in general HR Management, particularly recruitment and selection, grievance and disciplinary, personnel administration, payroll management, change management, learning and development, and general organizational development.
    • Experience in HR practice and employment legislation, labor law within Nigeria.
    • Knowledge of the NEPZ ACT in managing and supervising FTZs in Nigeria
    • Experience in methodologies for conducting needs analysis training program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation with cognate training experience
    • Proven analytic and conceptual thinking, project management and organisational skills with experience using formal project management technique and leading the implementation of operational improvements.

    Requirements

    • Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resource Management or it's equivalent
    • Masters Degree will be an added advantage
    • Experience in using a computerized human resource management information software and good computer skills (word, excel, etc)
    • 5 years human resource experience in a manufacturing company
    • Minimum of 3 years management experience in Leadership skills.
