This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Ikeja.

Qualifications
Human Resources expertise, including Employee Relations and Recruitment skills
Workforce planning, Performance Management, and Organizational Development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Experience in developing and delivering employee training programs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant HR certifications are a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
