    HR and Business Development Executive

    General Description:

    The purpose of this position is to build an iconic Human Resources department, execute and be responsible for the full technical support to the Human Resources function and in a bid to support business strategy& development of the business/organization. The incumbent will also support the business in formulating and implementing business development and communication strategies to promote the organizations to external parties in Nigeria.  He/she will build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and articulate value inspire and sell the future of the business to current and new clients. In addition, the incumbent will continue business process acumen with proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all company’s efforts related to recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time, and temporary employees;
    • Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives and drives high performance;
    • Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation;
    • Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and company needs;
    • Complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records and rectify issues in a timely manner;
    • Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook;
    • Assist staff with HR-related questions and issues and provide periodic communication on benefits and related information to employees;
    • Implement and manage the company’s recruitment processes;
    • Continuously work on developing the most effective and economical recruitment methods and ensure that they align with current and future needs for the company’s human capital;
    • Coordinate and manage the external and internal correspondences from Human Resource Department;
    • Helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth;
    • Review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
    • Identify and research potential clients.
    • Coordinate and develop mutually beneficial proposals.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
    • Undertake other activities as delegated by the management

    General Description:

    The candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Office administration & management
    •   L&D/ HR Products, development, sales & management
    • Office administration & management
    •  Generate L&D/HR business leads, follow up with existing clients and prospects
    • Write and review proposals, package bids and documentation
    •  Coordinate and manage training programs/BDS and HR consulting project
    •  Human  resource management
    • Grow and maximize existing clients portfolio
    • Plan and carry out business development, sales & marketing activities in line with agreed budgets and timeline.
    • Might be required to manage company strategic alliances and partners relationships
    •  Support and provide input for management’s strategy and execution 
    • Provide support in the areas of  brand visibility and digital media content creation (social media/ website/ on-line  & offline/ newsletter content development and strategy implementation)                                                                           

     General Business operations support

    • Business strategy development & execution                                         
    • BDS Projects conceptualization & implementation                                       
    • General Business development, sales, marketing  and operations support

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in management or a related field.
    • Professional HR qualification certificate is an added advantage.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as HR/Business Development.
    • Consulting experience in a SME business is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical and excellent presentation skills.
    • Must be able to make use of Microsoft Office suit
