• We are looking for an experienced HR & Administrative Officer to support our growing hospitality operations in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. 
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases. 
• Coordinate staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary documentation. 
• Support performance management and staff welfare initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. 
• Oversee office administration, procurement, and general administrative functions. 
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information. 
• Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 3 - 5 years' experience in an HR and Administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry. 
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws. 
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
