    Hotel Sales & Marketing Executives

    Key Responsibilities 
    Sales Duties:

    • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
    • Actively prospect for new business opportunities to increase room bookings, conferences, banquets, and F&B sales.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
    • Negotiate rates, packages, and group bookings within company guidelines.
    • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and prospects.
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

    Marketing Duties:

    • Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, events, restaurants, and special offers.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel’s brand visibility and reputation.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

    General:

    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong guest relations.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the hotel.
    • Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or business development.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
    • Creative thinking with an eye for market trends.
    • Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
