Hospitality Manager at A&R Group

A&R Group is a young Nigerian conglomerate company operating in the real estate, hospitality, mining and construction industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily operations of a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality venue. 
2. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. 
3. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. 
4. Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to maximize profitability.
5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.  
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. 
7. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote services and attract customers.  

REQUIREMENTS 

1. OND/HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 
2. Proven experience in hospitality management (5+ years).  
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.   
4. Computer Knowledge and knowledge of industry software (e.g., PMS, POS systems).
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
