Job Summary

• The Healthcare Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill clinical and non-clinical roles.
• The role ensures that the organization maintains a steady pipeline of skilled and competent candidates to meet staffing needs while upholding recruitment standards and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate with department heads or clients to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain an updated database of active and passive healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
• 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare or medical staffing).
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
