    Head of Real Estate Sales

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Head of Real Estate Sales with a proven track record in driving sales performance within a reputable real estate company in Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and achieving aggressive sales targets across all our real estate projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver strong performance.
    • Drive sales of residential and commercial properties across various project locations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing transactions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns that increase property visibility and demand.
    • Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory frameworks in all sales transactions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
    • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a reputable real estate firm.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s real estate market dynamics, trends, and buyer behavior.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
