    About the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of the company’s residential and commercial properties to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
    • Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
    • Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and investment benefits.

    Pool / Gym Attendant

    Job Summary

    • As a Pool/Gym Attendant at CasaLavoro Residence, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience at the pool and gym facilities.
    • This role requires someone observant, service-oriented, and physically fit, with a good understanding of hygiene, hospitality etiquette, and basic safety practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise activities at the pool and gym areas to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
    • Ensure the pool, gym, locker rooms, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly arranged at all times.
    • Greet and assist guests courteously, offering information about equipment or facility rules as needed.
    • Monitor guest behaviours and enforce pool/gym rules to prevent accidents or misuse of equipment.
    • Stay alert and respond promptly to accidents or emergencies; notify management and provide basic first aid when necessary.
    • Conduct daily checks of water quality, pool equipment, gym machines, and ensure that safety equipmentis in place and functional.
    • Distribute towels and replenish toiletries, drinking water, and other guest-use supplies.
    • Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to the facility manager.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a pool/gym or facility attendant in a hotel, residence, or fitness centres.
    • Good understanding of health and safety regulations in recreational facilities.
    • Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and lifting tasks.
    • Basic first aid or lifesaving training is an added advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene.

    • Good knowledge of Abuja roads, traffic regulations, and alternate routes.
    • Excellent sense of responsibility, courtesy, and time management.
    • Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills is a plus.
    • Must live within Abuja and be familiar with its major routes and neighborhoods.
